From Monday 25 the new regulation of the blue zone of Cervera comes into operation in October, in order to facilitate access to the city center.

Indications of the operation of the car parks in the blue zone:
Arrival time must be marked with a time disc.
You can find the time discs in shops and municipal facilities. The discs will be used to indicate when the vehicle is parked.
If the disc is not available, the time of arrival must be written on a piece of paper.
The time of arrival must be entered·located in a visible place inside the windshield of the vehicle.
It is not allowed to change the time of the clock while keeping the vehicle parked.
Hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a 13 hours and of 17 a 20 hours.
The maximum time to park in the blue zone is 90 minutes.
The owner of the vehicle may be sanctioned by the Local Police in the following cases:
- Do not report the parking time of the vehicle.
- Incorrect parking time report.
- Exceed maximum parking time.
The free blue zone is as follows:
- Avinguda Pare Claret.
- Passeig Balmes.
- Avinguda Catalunya, trams 21-49 i 64-86.
- Duran and Sanpere Avenue, trams 39-47 i 26-44.
- Hospital Street (descent from Santa Anna Square).
The management of the blue zone has been the responsibility of the Paeria de Cervera since the contract of the concessionaire company expired last January..
The Department of Mobility has revised its regulations to facilitate the rotation of vehicles so that there is more parking available in the center.
According to the Councilor for Mobility, Jordi Pons, "The new regulation is expected to be more agile, ease and frequency of access for people and vehicles to the center, and that it leads to an improvement for residents and traders ”.
