The Tourism Board of La Paeria continues to bet on bringing the city's history and heritage closer to all audiences with the incorporation of “The Little Millennium”, a new family guided tour of the cycle “Traveling through time”. Premiered this Sunday as part of Cervera's Millennium events, the proposal offers children an experience adapted to their age, which invites them to discover the city through legends, characters and curiosities, making them true explorers of the past.

The tour started at the Castle of Cervera and continued with a very special visit to the Àliga de Cervera, located in its new location next to the Paeria, where the children learned about the symbolism of one of the most representative figures of the festive entourage. In front of the facade of the Paeria, they also discovered the meaning of the corbels that represent the market, the Paeria and the prison, before entering the witches' alley, Teco alley, the Barbican and the University of Cervera, discovering some of the most outstanding episodes in Cervera history.

The day ended with a very special surprise: Members of the Geganters de Cervera group are going to present the giant Nasa Tabaco to the infants, one of the most emblematic characters of the Cervera festival. Thanks for your explanations, the participants learned about the history of this popular tavern linked to the students of the old University.
