The Spatula building, located on Victoria Street, has been conditioned to turn it into a play and kangaroo space for children from 3 a 10 years, which will offer its services on Saturdays, from 10 a 13 hours, during the school period.
The initiative aims to offer a space for children outside of school hours, guaranteeing his right to care but, at the same time, freeing up time for families and carers, mostly women.
The "Time x Cures" project is complemented by the Concilia service, babysitting offered to families so they can attend activities organized by the Paeria de Cervera or municipal entities.
The services are open to everyone, but single-parent or large families are preferred, mothers or guardians victims of sexist violence, women in a situation of long-term unemployment or over 52 years, migrant women and families with other accredited care responsibilities.

It is an initiative of the Council for Equality of the Paeria de Cervera, which has the support of the Regional Council of Segarra, the Department of Equality and Feminism of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the Ministry of Equality of the Government of Spain.
The presentation of "Time x Cures" took place, Wednesday 16 October, in the Spatula space, in charge of the father in chief, Jan Pomés; the Councilor for Equality, Judith Guim; the president of the Regional Council of Segarra, Ramon Augé; the deputy delegate of the State Government in Lleida, Jose Crespín; and the director of the territorial services of Equality and Feminism in Lleida, Elena Fuses.
The chief paer, Jan Pomés, highlighted "the revaluation of this space to make it available to the families who need it most".
For his part, the Councilor for Equality, Judith Guim, he stated that "it is a project started with a lot of enthusiasm·hope and of which we are very proud". He thanked all the people and institutions that made it possible and wished that it would continue over time.
L'Espàtula is a municipally owned building where the ground floor has been conditioned and equipped with furniture to accommodate the babysitting service. The space has three rooms for children to play, an office, washbasin, kitchen and storage.
Located on Victoria Street, next to the train track, it is the former cabin of the railway staff of Renfe. The surface of the lot is of 312 m2; of which 146 m2 correspond to the ground floor, 119 m2 on the second floor, plus a terrace of 47 m2.
