In a year of celebration of Catalan cinema, of record in the original Catalan version and with a reconquest of audiences in the theaters, the Academy of Cinema also wants to evoke with this leitmotif the role of the spectators and viewers to complete the work with their gaze: the work is not complete without the audience.

What could have been the first reactions of fascination in front of a film·film?
Pablo Alvarez, creative director and scriptwriter of the spot from TheCreative studio, based on the campanya idea of ​​We Are Cocu, proposes to return to the first moment in history when someone had the feeling of enjoying the cinema with "a powerful metaphor that made the concept tangible in a visual way. And the idea of ​​light came up. Of this daughter who is il·lumina, literally. A light that lights you up inside when you are in front of something you are passionate about. And at the same time it is inherent in the seventh art, because without light there would be no cinema".

The House Museum Duran i Sanpere, Cervera, seat of the Audience Award for the best film·film in this edition of the Academy Awards, hosted the shoot last December. In this bourgeois home from the end of the 19th century, today property of the Paeria de Cervera, the Durans have their origins, a lineage strongly rooted in the political and social life of the country. The lawyer was born in it, historian and archaeologist Agustí Duran i Sanpere (Cervera, 1887 – Barcelona, 1975), promoter of numerous initiatives to protect the historical heritage, Catalan artistic and cultural. The Generalitat of Catalonia will commemorate this 2025 the fiftieth anniversary of his death with a series of tribute acts.
In their spaces, that transport spectators to Catalonia for more than a century, Eduard Fernandez, protagonist of El 47 i Marco, the Laia Artigas, the unforgettable Frida d'Estiu 1993 who this year heads the cast of Un sol radiant, they dress in time.
The plot presents us with a father worried about the unusual change in his teenage daughter. "It's as if his body emanates a kind of strange aura", we hear him say. "It could be an unknown fever that infuses him with a strange energy, it may be a spirit that has possessed her. I don't know. Hopefully it won't be anything serious but just a light that fills him with joy and fullness".

The cavalcade of the Kings made the usual route, which started on Avinguda del Mil·lenari and passed through Agramunt avenue, Victoria street, Avinguda de Catalunya, the street of Guinedilda, University Square, Sant Miquel square, the street of Santa Anna, and the street and the Plaza Mayor.

During their visit to La Paeria, they received the key to the city from the father in chief, Jan Pomés, and councilors of the Consistory. The key allowed them to enter every house in town to drop off gifts.

During the cavalcade, the pages already went up to deliver gifts to homes where the royal entourage passed and then they also distributed them to houses in other parts of the city.

The Festival of Kings has the participation of more than a hundred volunteers and col·workers, residents of the municipality, associations, private entities and companies. The Paeria de Cervera would like to thank you for your participation and involvement, which has allowed the entire citizenry to enjoy a very polished and very successful cavalcade.

The program is based on an eclectic selection of five small-format shows that seek to generate a bond of proximity between the viewer and the artist. It also wants to promote topical issues such as mental health, the dryer or, simply, everyday life.

It includes different artistic disciplines such as monologues, magic and the·illusionism, or street theater. Besides, bet for the local actors of the hand of the Theater School La Caserna, with a work of creation col·lesson represented in an unusual space.

The series is complemented by La Xarxa's new stable family theater programming "On Tour", that begins the 2025 also leaving the Gran Teatre with three performances in other theaters in the city.

The first took place on Friday 20, at the Municipal Auditorium, with the presence of the two orchestras. The Britten Orchestra - made up of boys and girls from 10 i 13 years-, under the direction of Jordi Armengol and the Andreví Orchestra, under the direction of Carles Gumí.

Sunday 22 two concerts took place in the Paranimf of the University. As scheduled at 12 in the morning you could listen to the choral singing group of the initiation and preliminary department - the youngest in the center -, the accordion group Els Assossegats -under the direction of Sònia Peiró-, the guitar ensemble -under the direction of Xavier Gómez-, the percussion group under the baton of Aleydis Serra and the combo.

In the afternoon, wind formations were more present, with the Banda Piccola and the Band directed by Xesco Grau as well as the center's choral formations.

And the Conservatory does not stop machines after these concerts, since his participation in a Series of concerts in the region is planned, organized by the County Council.
the cycle, which consists of six concerts, offers music in Pelagalls -21 December-, Massoteres and Civit -28 December-, grandmother -29 December-, Sanaüja -3 January- and Sant Guim de Freixenet -4 January, with the participation of students doing chamber music, the guitar group, the accordion group, the orchestras and the band.

During the activity, a series of incidents and problems that can arise in an episode of snowfall were simulated, which from the municipal entity had to be resolved.
The drills promote the coordination of the different municipal services and the monitoring of the activation protocols of the Emergency Plan through the Center for Operational Coordination of Catalonia (CECAT).

The entirety of the Cervera Emergency Municipal Organizational Chart participated, headed by the father in chief, Jan Pomés; and the 1st deputy mayor, Ramon Augé; the councilor of Municipal Services, Antonio Delgado; the councilor for Mobility, Monte Closa.

It was conducted by the civil protection technician of the Regional Council of La Segarra, Albert Pujol. As observers, the head of Civil Protection of the Territorial Services of the Interior in Lleida also attended, Sergi Turmo, and the technique, Josefina Segura; and the regional councilor for Civil Protection and Rural Environment, Josep Giribets.

The Municipal Snow Emergency Plan is integrated into the Single Civil Protection Document (DUPROCIM) Cervera, drawn up by the Civil Protection Service of the Regional Council of La Segarra.
