Recognition by the Municipal Corporation to the entity La Xarxa Cervera, Association for the promotion of children's and youth shows, en el seu 37è aniversari. Entitat sense ànim de lucre, amb una vintena de voluntaris, que s’encarrega de dur a terme la programació estable de teatre, en català, per a infants i famílies de Cervera i comarca.

El paer en cap entregarà simbòlicament la Senyera de la Ciutat a l’entitat homenatjada.
